The total production volume of light trucks reached 223,800 units, up by 73.72% month on month and up by 19.73% year on year; the total sales volume of light trucks stood at 221,400 units, up by 87.03% month on month and up by 2.61% year on year.

The total production volume of mini-trucks reached 51,600 units, up by 22.05% month on month and down by 3.22% year on year; the total sales volume of mini-trucks stood at 70,300 units, up by 91.01% month on month and up by 0.17% year on year;

From January to March this year, China’s production volume of trucks reached 1.0187 million units, up by 6.40% year on year; in the same period, the sales volume of trucks totaled 1.0136 million units, up by 2.58% year on year.

More specifically, China produced 313,000 units heavy duty trucks, up by 2.20% year on year; it sold 325,500 units trucks, up by 0.65% year on year; it produced 42,400 units medium-duty trucks, down by 26.98% year on year; it sold 38,100 units medium-duty trucks, down by 20.08% year on year; it produced 510,000 units light trucks, up by 11.70% year on year; it sold 492,100 units light trucks, up by 5.32% year on year; it produced 153,400 units mini-trucks, up by 12.24% year on year; it sold 158,000 units mini-trucks, up by 5.38% year on year.
