Peru’s commercial vehicle market has grown rapidly in recent years, with increasing demand for environmentally friendly and cost-efficient transport solutions. To support the launch, FAW Jiefang Power has established service networks in major cities, including Lima and Arequipa, to provide faster after-sales support. Key engine parts and consumables are stocked locally, and a rapid supply chain has been arranged with regional logistics partners. Local technicians have received training in engine structure, troubleshooting, and maintenance. A 24-hour remote support team provides additional assistance, and a customer follow-up program monitors vehicle performance in real time.

FAW Jiefang Power plans to use the Peruvian market as a starting point to expand standardized service networks across Latin America. The company will work with local dealers to improve service efficiency and responsiveness, while collecting customer feedback to guide future product development and refine service strategies.
