Windrose has begun delivering its electric heavy-duty trucks in the United States, marking a key milestone as the company approaches its fourth anniversary. With this development, Windrose becomes the first emerging Chinese truck manufacturer to officially deliver heavy-duty trucks in the U.S. market.

The initial delivery was made to Greenspace, a Texas-based provider of logistics services and charging infrastructure. The trucks will operate along the Interstate 35 (I-35) corridor in Texas, supporting freight transportation linked to cross-border trade between the United States and Mexico. The route connects Dallas, a major logistics hub in Texas, with Laredo, one of the busiest border crossings for U.S.–Mexico trade.

To support its operations in the U.S., Windrose has established partnerships with leading charging network providers Greenlane and Terawatt. The company has also partnered with Fleetnet, a service brand under Cox Automotive, the largest independent third-party aftersales service provider in the United States. The cooperation will provide nationwide service and maintenance support for Windrose trucks.

The Windrose electric heavy-duty truck is powered by a 705 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery, offering a range of up to 670 km under full-load conditions.

The model has already been deployed across four U.S. states—California, Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas. Globally, Windrose vehicles have now entered 24 countries, reflecting the company’s expanding international presence.
