IAA Transportation 2026 will take place at the Hannover Exhibition Grounds in Germany from September 14 to 20.

FAW TRUCKS will participate in the event with a broad lineup of vehicles and technologies, highlighting its capabilities in commercial vehicle development and its growing global presence.

Under the theme “Engineering the Next Horizon,” FAW TRUCKS will present its latest products and technologies across four exhibition areas: Low Carbon, Future, Zero Carbon and Ecosystem.

The company will showcase five complete vehicles and nine core components, covering five major powertrain technologies: diesel, natural gas, hydrogen, battery electric and hybrid. The lineup is designed to demonstrate FAW TRUCKS’ ability to provide solutions for a wide range of commercial vehicle applications.

Broad Product Portfolio and Technology Capabilities

With more than 70 years of development, FAW TRUCKS has built a comprehensive product portfolio covering tractors, cargo trucks, dump trucks, special-purpose vehicles and buses.

The company has also developed intelligent driving technologies covering applications from Level 2 to Level 4.

At the same time, FAW TRUCKS has continued to expand its international operations. The company now has 10 overseas subsidiaries and 25 KD plants in 18 countries.

Its global network also includes 70 overseas offices, more than 200 dealers and over 500 service providers. FAW TRUCKS products have been exported to 115 countries and regions.

Beyond vehicle exports, FAW TRUCKS is also developing a broader overseas business platform covering talent, services, vehicles and finance. The company aims to provide more comprehensive support to customers in international markets.

From Vehicle Exports to a Broader Global Presence

FAW TRUCKS began exporting vehicles in 1957.

Over the past six years, its overseas sales have increased tenfold, reflecting the company’s continued expansion into international markets.

After more than seven decades of development, FAW TRUCKS has expanded its international strategy from simply exporting vehicles to bringing its technologies, business systems and wider ecosystem to overseas markets.

Its participation in IAA Transportation 2026 marks another step in its efforts to expand in the European premium commercial vehicle market and strengthen its links with the global automotive industry.

Advancing the “SPRINT 2030” International Strategy

FAW TRUCKS will continue to focus on technology, green development and international expansion as it advances its “SPRINT 2030” international strategy.

The company plans to work with partners around the world to develop green and intelligent transportation solutions and build a more low-carbon, intelligent and open commercial vehicle ecosystem.
