On December 26, Guangxi Yuchai Power Co., Ltd. (Abbreviation of Security: Yuchai Power, Stock Code: 872300), the subsidiary of Yuchai Group, has been successfully listed in the New Third Board, keeping up with the pace of Guangxi WatYuan Filtration System Co., Ltd. and Guangxi Yuchai Logistics Group Co., Ltd.

With the main businesses in R&D, production, sales and technology service of products concerning diesel engine and agricultural machinery, Yuchai Power is the base of Yuchai Group in manufacturing multi-cylinder small bore diesel engine. Launching the listing in New Third Board in November 2016, Yuchai Power has completed the shareholding reform on April 13, 2017, obtained the listing permission on October 23, and finished the share register on December 26, which marks its official public transfer in the National Equities Exchange and Quotations System.
