ANTARA News reported that Chinese leading commercial vehicle manufacturer Beiqi Foton has decided to raise its 2009 annual sales goal from 420,000 units to 560,000 units.

During the H1 of this year, Beiqi Foton's sales jumped 14.5% from a year earlier to 287,000 units ranking first among Chinese commercial vehicle producers.

Foton MP-X and Midi registered a 126% sales growth in the same period, while Foton View light duty van sales surged 30%.
