Beiben Trucks Signs Deals During Inner Mongolia Delegation Visit to Africa
July 25,2025

The delegation, led by Wang Lixia, vice secretary of the Inner Mongolia Party Committee and governor of the autonomous region, aimed to strengthen international partnerships in the equipment manufacturing sector. Beiben Trucks Chairman Mu Yuehui participated in the delegation as a business representative.
In Kenya, Beiben authorized Northern Vehicle Company to sign a dealership agreement with Nelion Company, a local distributor that has represented the Beiben brand since 2006. Nelion has sold more than 2,300 Beiben trucks across East Africa, including in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania. The agreement is expected to deepen cooperation and expand Beiben’s market presence through Nelion’s local sales and service network. The two companies also plan to explore local assembly through knock-down kit (KD) operations.
In Mozambique, Beiben signed a strategic cooperation agreement with YuXiao Mining, a company involved in resource development across Africa. The agreement coincides with the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and Mozambique. The partnership aims to support mining and infrastructure projects by combining Beiben’s vehicle manufacturing and customization capabilities with YuXiao’s operational platforms.
In addition to the signing ceremonies, Beiben representatives met with government officials and business leaders in both countries. Meetings included Kenya’s ministers of energy and petroleum, investment and trade, as well as Mozambique’s minister of economy, the national oil and gas company, and the Chinese Chamber of Commerce in Mozambique.
Beiben said the agreements and meetings support its efforts to expand exports and deepen engagement in overseas engineering markets.
