Daimler has hold 11% share of Russian truck manufacturer KamAZ

(chinatrucks.com, June 25, 2010) Daimler has increased share holding of Russian truck manufacturer KamAZ recently in accordance with the report.
Daimler has announced the share holding increase plan in Feb of 2010. Daimler has gained 1% more of KamAZ shares, and the shares held by Daimler have been increased to 11%.
What’s more, EBRD bank, the close partner of Daimler, has gained 4% share of KamAZ and got the opportunity to enter board of directors of KamAZ.
Daimler has become one of the directors of KamAZ in 2009.
