China has become the second market of ZF

(chinatrucks.com, June 25, 2010) ZF is to invest a transmission company with value of 500 million euros with Chongqing Jijiang Gear transmission company. There is a great possibility to sign the agreement draft before July in 2010. The AV Company is to provide transmission to domestic commercial vehicles.
ZF has announced to cooperate with Kreisler on June 9th, 2010. An eight gear automated transmission plant with 30 million euros investment is to be established. As two largest markets in the world, China and America are obviously becoming the future investment key areas.
China has brought 970 million euros among 9,370 million euros revenue, which has taken 10% market share. China is to become the second largest market besides German, and the revenue of China will be increased to 15%.
Asia Pacific headquarter will be shifted to Shanghai on June 8th, 2010. It means a lot to China market.
