Dongfeng Shenyu has been governed by Dongfeng Shiye, and it is the important part for economic commercial vehicle of Dongfeng. There is no change for original share holding and structure. Dongfeng Shiye is still holding 50% shares of Dongfeng Shenyu shares. Dongfeng Shenyu becomes the AV company for Dongfeng Shiye.

Dongfeng Shiye will promote fast development for commercial vehicle based on Dongfeng Shenyu and Dongfeng Huashen two brands. It will reach 50,000 in next two years.
