(chinatrucks.com, Jan 28, 2011) It is learned by reporter that Changchun plant of FAW Light Commercial Vehicle Company Limited has been initiated the production on Dec 31th, 2010. The annual capacities of the new plant could reach 200,000 vehicles.

FAW new plant is mainly producing pickup, SUV, MPV and light bus. At the moment, the new plant has enabled the annual capacities with 80,000 completely vehicles in accordance with the introduction. The new plant will produce pickup series vehicles at the very beginning in accordance with the production plan of the new plant. It will introduce SUV and light bus products from GM later. The annual capacities of the new plant will be increased to 200,000 completely vehicles as the market demands are growing.
