"5" production platform refers to products with driving cabin between 2,130-2,320mm, and displacement of engine between 4-9L, which are medium trucks. We are told by Caidong, general manager of Sinotruk, these products are HOWO-T5G, Haohan 5 series trucks, new Huanghe, and some products produced by Chengdu Wangpai.
 
"3" production platform refers to products the newly developed light trucks, and some light products produced by Chengdu Wangpai and Haixi branch company. And the width of the driving cabin is 1,600-2,130mm, and engine displacements are 4-9L. Where "2" production platform refers to products with even smaller engines.
