FAW Jiefang started "Touching Service" since 2000, and its six promises are longer warrenty, faster response, customers care, free new car insurance, competitive guaranteed claim and overall pre-sale inspection.

Three-time detection for free are for heavy vehicles, cement mixer trucks and sanitation trucks, and "local service for 100 days" will be provided to customers with five or more trucks for 100 days professional and accompany service.
