www.chinatrucks.com: Sales of China trucks are gloomy in recent years, but sales of overseas trucks are soaring, especially for Daimler-Benz trucks. 5,800 Daimler-Benz trucks were sold last year, doubling the sales, while sales of China heavy trucks decreased by 12%.

Benz trucks are mostly high-end trucks, and their high price strongly limits their sales. Daimler-Benz introduced Actros FleetStar and FleetBoard system to control costs for the upcoming logistics industry.

Currently their hot sales truck models are Actros, Axor, Atego and Econic heavy trucks.

Some customers can be attracted by adopting cheaper parts, but it cannot be for long, and it is important to provide valuable products, mostly, logistics transport solutions.

Actros FleetStar is sold for 10-15% less costs over like trucks in China.
