Russia raises tax for imported auto hit China products

www.chinatrucks.com: Related department of Russia is considering raise tax for importing auto, and China auto industry will be affected severely.
Imported auto discard fees are going to be conducted this fall, and Russian Duma has approved necessary amendment.
