www.chinatrucks.com : As reported by Ukrainian media, JAC has chose to cooperate with Bogdan, a local car company in Ukraine. And the production will commence later this year.

Bogdan company announced that JAC has decided to cooperate with them. Also, JAC will start produce two models in the Cherkassy factory of Bogdan in Ukraine. The amount would between 200 and 1000 annually.

Since March, 2013, the Ukrainian government starts collect high tariff towards imported cars, thus, to encourage local car manufacturing industry.

In 2013, the car manufacturing was down 27.1% to 76281. amid this bad market situation, JAC saw its sales down 4% to 448813.
