Weichai Exercises Call Option on KION of Luxemburg

www.chinatrucks.com : On June 27th, Weichai, through its wholly owned company of Weichai Power(Luxembourg)Holding S.à r.l exercises call option on KION Holding 1 GmbH with 328 million Euros.
KION will go public for the first time issuing 17 million of shares with pricing for each share stands at 24 Euros. For now, it is not sure whether the call option has been fully exercised.
