Hongyan released first integration after-sale information system

www.chinatrucks.com: In this February, SAIC Iveco Hongyan integrated and optimized VEI (customer service parts ordering system) and SIS (customer service information issuing system) to upgrade to the NEW TIS system, and become the first truck manufacturer adopts the integrated system for customer service information and after-sale service information interaction in domestic trucks market. TIS as the only entrance of each system greatly facilitate the users and improve the service efficiency and customer service parts ordering accuracy.
