Volvo truck sales volume rose 2% in July

World number two truck maker Volvo on Wednesday Aug 27 said deliveries of its trucks rose2 percent y-o-y in July Asia makes up weaker development in Atlantic.
The group, which sells trucks under the Renault, Nissan Diesel and Mack brands as well as its own name, Volvo said in a statement delivery in its biggest market, Europe, fell 5 percent while they were down 2 percent in North America.
In Asia, home to a bigger share of the group's business following the acquisition last year of Nissan Diesel, deliveries rose 16 percent from a year ago, Volvo said.Views : 6283
